What is the Every Body Campaign?

The Every Body Campaign bands together 55+ brands from across the beauty industry in support of reproductive justice.

About the Campaign

For the second year in a row, The Every Body Campaign has made history. Powered by Saie, 55+ brands from across the beauty and wellness industries are banding together to fundraise and raise awareness for SisterSong in support of Every birthing Body’s reproductive freedom.

Since last year’s devastating reversal of Roe v. Wade, our country has faced one of the most pervasive attacks on reproductive rights in its history. As of October 2023, nearly half of the U.S. ban or restrict abortions– while 1 in 3 women will seek one in her lifetime.

As an industry founded by women and LGBTQ+ people, the issue of reproductive freedom hits close to home. We are standing together to protect the lives of those without whom our industry would not be where it is today.

About SisterSong

The SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective is the largest multi-ethnic reproductive justice collective in the nation.

Formed in 1997 by 16 organizations of women of color, SisterSong has worked to be a voice for reproductive justice on behalf of BIPOC communities.

SisterSong activates individuals and organizations across the U.S. to improve the reproductive lives of marginalized communities and advance the perspectives and needs of women of color.

They define Reproductive Justice as the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.

Reproductive Justice is an intersectional movement that acknowledges the ways in which intersecting factors, such as race and social class, limit the freedom of marginalized birthing people to make informed choices about pregnancy.

The movement expands the pro-choice conversation into one that includes the reproductive lives of all birthing people: from the accessibility of abortion services to that of contraceptives, comprehensive sex education, STI prevention and care, alternative birthing options, adequate prenatal and pregnancy care, domestic violence assistance, adequate wages to support our families, safe homes, and so much more.
